Where do you ship physical books?

Physical titles ship via Canada Post lettermail across Canada, the U.S., and internationally. Some physical titles are only available through Red Leaf Pianoworks, a retailer who also ships across Canada, the U.S., and internationally.

How long does delivery take?

Digital downloads arrive within minutes of your order. Physical books typically leave the warehouse in 2–3 business days; total delivery time depends on your location.

Digital PDFs are non-refundable once delivered. For physical books, please see our Returns & Refunds policy above. For physical books purchased on Red Leaf Pianoworks, please contact Red Leaf about their return policy. If you received the wrong item, email us and we'll help sort it out.

Shipping & Refunds

Shipping Policy

All products will be shipped within five (5) business days from the time your order is placed. Shipping time may vary based on location. Items will be shipped via Canada Post using a letter mail service. Orders exceeding 500g in weight will arrive in more than one shipment. Shipping within Canada and the US is a $5 flat rate with no minimum purchase. For any questions regarding shipping options, please contact us.

Returns & Refunds policy

Returns: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Conditions for returns

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The goods were purchased in the last 30 days.
The goods are in the original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
