Why Ocean Tails Music is different
Jen Smith Lanthier is a Canadian composer, arranger, and educator with over 20 years of experience and more than 100 published works. She holds a Music degree from Western University, Licentiate credentials from The Royal Conservatory of Music and Northern Lights Canadian National Conservatory, and is a member of the Canadian Federation of Music Teachers' Associations.
Every piece is designed to be musically rewarding and pedagogically sound — often rooted in the natural world, written for teachers who want great repertoire and students who love to play.

Do you offer duets and ensembles?+
Several pieces are written as 1-piano-4-hands duets with equal-difficulty parts, ideal for two students. Mentor duets are available for many beginner pieces.
